How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from our partner warehouse and typically arrive within 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States and Canada. If you'd like us to ship elsewhere, email us and we'll see what we can do.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking link by email. If you don't see it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or just isn't what you hoped for, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

Do your lamps work outside the US?
Most of our lamps are USB-powered, so they work with any USB plug, laptop, or power bank worldwide. If you need a specific wall adapter, just let us know.

Are the products safe for kids and pets?
Yes — all our lights are low-voltage and low-heat. Our diffusers use ultrasonic mist (not heat) so they're safe around little hands and curious pets. As always, supervise young children around any electronics.
